Asked for iced cappuccino and he said they don't havr. I asked to put the cappuccino over ice and he said no.Your severs need firing or retraining after this and other experiences. He should learn the definition of customer service.

I asked for an extra creamy latte (typically called a breve it replaces milk with half and half, but it’s not on the menu). The barista was rude and reluctant to make it. The coffee itself was delicious but something about paying $8 for a coffee from someone so cranky left me unsatisfied.

We had a really cool barista that chatted with us about cool things to see while visiting Seattle. The iced coffees we got were great.

I’m so glad this place has re opened!They make the most delicious lattes and it’s so convenient to grab one before walking along the water front.
