Contribuiți la feedbackThis is probs the best pastries I've had in town so far. Unique flavors I've never tried before and most things I had were tasty! Vanilla latte is also pretty good! My fav croassiants was the sundried tomato one and the cruffin ones are always so goooood. I came here 4x within two month which is a lot for me since I don't have a car.Anyways low key got sick of it. But might be back in awhile. I recommend all visitors to check it out. Just warning long lines so get there early! The good stuff sell out. And weekends have specialty ones! Interior is modern and sleek. They have an upstairs area too.
A high quality bakery and coffee shop with tables to enjoy. I ordered the cardamom brioche, and it was delightful! Perfect amount of cardamom and sweetness, so buttery. In the morning it seems like most people come here to chat, but there were also people working on their computers as well.
There is a great risk and great reward in going super high end and innovative. I say that because that describes Temple Pastries.Exhibit 1: Fig Oat "Cookie "I bought the Fig Oat Cookie and I was left disappointed. Supplanting the raisins with figs did not work out. Scaling the cookie did not work either. The Fig Oat cookie had none of the crystalline crust of a cookie, none of the expected sugar punch. This was a mini muffin. The crossiant was stellar. As good as you will get in the Pacific Northwest.
One of the best pastry places in Seattle. Both their savory and sweet pastries are unbelievable. I also had their baguette and their coffee, which too were amazing. Great vibe place with lots of seating. Highly highly recommended.
Very good, always a line on weekends! Recommend coming early because they run out of some things. Flavors change but they have sweet and savory options depending on what you like. Today, the date and almond scroll was our favorite! Cute vibes but not a lot of seating since it's a small space.
