Contribuiți la feedbackBest pizza in Seattle. This place gets as close to Italian pizza as you can get. The crust is real flour and not that flour that theygive you at Pizza Hut or any other place. This flour does not make you bloat and it is a bit more pricy than the gmo one. I do understand that the price is very high but it is worth it to pay that much for a pizza that won’t bloat your belly.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza
They have great gluten free pizza here, definitely some of the best I’ve had. I went with a party of 7 and everyone was very happy with the food. My only suggestion for improvement would be to take down or turn off the TVs playing animal videos.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free pizza crust and pasta available for an extra charge
All the ingredients were legit. I thought we were served genuine Parmigiano reggiano ?Margherita pizza: The sauce the cheese and the flavor were all ? The crust was super brittle.Suggestion to the restaurant: please don't douse the crust in olive oilPesto penna pasta: Came floating in 100ml of olive oil. Tasted great though. The garlic bread that came with the pasta was great!Tiramisu: Not the best tiramisu I've had but it could do with less mascarpone cheese on the top.Overall slightly expensive but healthy portion sizes for what you pay.
The food here all looks and tastes incredible. The staff makes the food with super fresh ingredients (and obvious pride and care) up front in the open kitchen.Atmosphere is charming and romantic if you care about that sort of thing.
This place has the best pizza I ever tried! The crust is so good and light and the toppings are delicious and fresh. But you also have to try the Romanian wines and their deserts. We just can’t wait to go back and have dinner there again.
