Contribuiți la feedbackWe went to Goldfinch for my parents anniversary brunch. We also took our one year old daughter. There were other kids at other tables, they had a high chair, kid cups, kids menu etc. Even though this is in the Four Seasons, it's very kid-friendly and relaxing ambiance, all while being a very nice restaurant. The food is delicious. Coffee is A+. Service is thoughtful. Definitely a treat and worthy of any celebration!
Food and service excellent!!!! The view wasn't great! The shades were lowered and it was later in the day so wasn't needed. Go for the food and service, but if you are looking for a restaurant with a great view of the water, I would look to other places!
Disappointing business lunch with clients due to inattentive, unfocused server and lack of FOH management presence. My client even commented that service here is pretty awful . I usually don 't mind the mandatory 20% svc charge but in this case it was undeserved and no way to reduce it. One coffee drink during dessert was not delivered and we could see it across the room sitting ready on the bar. No servers in sight to ask that it be brought over for 5+ minutes. Finally my client walked over to bar to retrieve it and bartender said If that 's cold now, I can make another one . It was cold. But client didn 't want to wait. This was far below Four Seasons and Ethan Stowell standards. I won 't risk another business lunch experience here.
The basket of fries was the highlight of the meal. The burger was juicy but the condiments, which sounded enticing, were a let down. There was too much bread compared to filling. Each bite felt like a mouth full of dough. Had I been blind it woukd have been hard to tell, by taste, the glass of water from the $18 6oz glass of Sangria. After I left the restaurant it occurred to me that my drink must have come the bottom of a picture mixed earlier in the day. The only likeness to the description on the meny was the addition of a blackberry and a thin half slice of a small orange dropped into the watery liquid. Two people, 2 burgers, and two cocktails $129.
The food and service were amazing. We dined here twice for breakfast on our recent stay in Seattle and all the food we had was exquisite. We will definitely be back next time we're in town.
