I recently had the pleasure of dining at Friendship BBQ and I must say, it was an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. The food, priced reasonably for its quality and flavor, truly exceeded our expectations.To start our afternoon lunch date, we enjoyed a cup of refreshing green tea along with some peanuts and a cucumber salad. Let me tell you, that cucumber salad was a game-changer! It was the best thing I have eaten in a long time, and I found myself going back to it throughout the entire meal. The freshness and vibrant flavors of the salad were simply outstanding.We decided to try the combo A with medium spice, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. Every item in the combo was packed with well-balanced flavors, but the mushrooms and lamb stole the show for me. The tenderness of the meat and the earthy taste of the mushrooms made for a truly delightful combination.While we thoroughly enjoyed most of our choices, the potato rice didn't quite hit the mark for me personally. It just wasn't my cup of tea, but I understand that taste preferences can vary widely. Nonetheless, it didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment of the meal.The highlight of our dining experience was the sauce that accompanied the squid. It had a unique twist on the classic sweet soy flavor, which made it even more delicious. The combination of the sauce with the tender squid was a true delight for the taste buds.On a whim, we decided to add some shrimp to our order at the last minute, and it was a decision we didn't regret. We got several BBQ skewers, house stirred friend noodles, foil quail egg was absolutely delicious and probably my favorite dish, shrimp on the house, almost everything was so goooooood!Skewers: squid super good, house special lamb was SO DAMN GOOD, Mongolia beef was good, pork belly was so good, only thing we didn’t like were chicken feet.Came for lunch with a friend, I am from out of state, I definitely could eat here again!

Any typical Chinese skewer place you can find.Prices are reasonable and great service.In terms of food, I found the lamb and beef skewers to be very tough. My gums were a bit sore from chewing after finishing the meal. They also did not devein the shrimp. The Garlic Oysters were probably the highlight of this meal.

Ordered spicy tripe, A choy, steamed shrimp, lots of skewers, and tofu enoki pot. Good flavor but over hyped. This place was packed and the menu had a diverse variety but the food ended up being quite boring. Portions were also tiny (I'd say about 30% or so less than what I'd expect). Good place to meet with friends but if I want a proper meal with my family I'm not coming here.
