Overall, my experience at BJ's Restaurant was disappointing. While the server was very friendly and nice, the quality of the food fell short. My son's meal arrived cold, as did the fries for my friend. Additionally, the Brussels sprouts were burnt, which was a major letdown. Even when we requested a second burger, it took over 25 minutes to arrive. Unfortunately, based on these issues, I cannot recommend dining at BJ's Restaurant. Furthermore, despite the issues with the cold food, the restaurant made no effort to remedy the situation. They only replaced the cold burger and didn't charge us for the new one that was served hot, but still charged us for the original cold burger. This lack of proactive service further adds to my disappointment with the dining experience at BJ's Restaurant.
My bartender quin was the greatest food drink on point
Waited and wasn't served. Served other people before us. No one apologized.
Food is pretty mid, but service was good.I had the tri tip Thursday special with asparagus, mashed potatoes, and couscous in cheese sauce. The tri tip was pretty dry. I ate 2/3 of it and was done. The couscous was ill conceived in it's entirety. Texture and flavor were non-existent. The asparagus and potatoes were ok, but could have used butter and/or gravy. My meal came with a Pazookie, which was mostly ok, but the cookie was raw in places. All in all, our meal was basic with an appetizer and basic drinks. The price per person wound up being nearly $50 each. I could have gone nearly anywhere and had a better experience and food.
