The staff are very polite, and the atmosphere is cozy and clean. It's a great spot for breakfast, although it tends to get crowded on weekends. However, I think the team could benefit from some training on how to handle customer concerns. I've noticed some issues with one of the cashiers; even the manager is aware of the situation and plans to address it again. I believe that person shouldn't be in the cashier role. Despite this, this branch remains one of my favorites because, in addition to the quality of the food and drinks, the service is excellent. Plus, the space is larger compared to their branches in the malls.

I ordered a Matcha Latte with White Mocha and a Pink Drink with Strawberry Acai.

The staff were friendly, but the café was overcrowded with only one point of sale available. There was no priority lane for persons with disabilities, resulting in a wait of 15 to 20 minutes in line.
