Cafe Congreso - Malolos

Design concept was inspired by The Budapest Hotel. We tried their Hazelnut Latte and Cold brew Spanish latte which were both good. Rice meals are also good if you want a heavy meal. In terms of pastries or desserts, we only tried their donuts which were okay. Quite sweet for my taste

Ambiance is good, slightly can smell the kitchen from the dining but it's not that bad. The food and coffee is a must try! I'll definitely go back

This restaurant has a vibrant and lively atmosphere, and their food is quite tasty. However, if a dish is meant to be salty, they definitely make sure it's very salty! Hahaha! One downside is that they have only a limited amount of parking for customers, which can be challenging given their location along a busy and often congested road. Despite that, I would still return to try more of their dishes.

It's a lovely spot to relax and enjoy some tea and cake.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff is extremely supportive and friendly.
