Yesterday I went with a friend of mine to eat and drink, they immediately welcomed us and made us sit down, we initially ordered two bruschetta and beers. Tasting the craft beer to my taste it was very watery and tasteless. We also tasted the sandwich with ham and mushrooms with a side of fries. The bruschetta had a very good and super light bread and the ingredients seemed fresh however the bruschetta, always to my taste and also that of my friend, did not like it very much, the ingredients were not amalgamated, it was cold, the mozzarella was still in small pieces was not dissolved). We can't even blame that there were so many people and then a defaians can happen. Unfortunately, there is nothing worse than serving raw bruschetta. The second bruschetta the one with mascarpone on top I must say cooked better. The sandwich tasted like nothing. It almost looked like hot bread with salad and tomato, the filling was also ham and mushrooms (specific that I had ordered a large salad but not for this reason the other tastes must be Null in the sandwich) .the good fried potatoes. Regarding the service, nothing to say, perhaps a little too much waiting to have a place with few diners. The honest bill.
