Pink head nudel bar has in the regular a vegan option, and it was really delicious every time I have been there. eating at the bar while watching the chefs do their craft is great.
I have tried some of the other places in malmö saluhall, and this place is by far my favorite. usually quite sharp, but excellent. will be back.
This is my favorite place in Malmö. They always offer a vegan dish, changes the menu often and it's the only place in Malmö where you get vegan homemade pasta, as far as I know. Very fresh and good food!
We thought the portions were very small for the price. We left hungry.
