Carahs Bulaloan - Malita

This restaurant is located along the National Highway, right across Malita District Hospital. The house specialty is bulalo (a local beef stew). I got to taste their balbacua soup which was also surprisingly tasty. They have an airconditioned dining area as well as an al fresco seating along the highway. Service is prompt the personnel are very courteous... your typical Filipino hospitality in the provinces. Overall a great dining experience for me.

Food is absolutely delicious the Bulalo. They do have aircon, but sometimes they will turn it off. Otherwise, I will recommend this as one of the better eateries in town.
