CaptiviTea is a charming little spot located on the main street of Tobaco. The venue features a restaurant, several karaoke rooms available for rent, and an upstairs bar that hosts live music. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, furnished with plenty of faux leather seating and adorned with cute stuffed toys. The walls are decorated with uplifting quotes, and they offer a selection of board games and cards for guests to enjoy while waiting. The staff is friendly, but the food is average, earning a 3/5 rating. There’s a good variety of Filipino and Italian dishes, along with snacks for lighter appetites. The drinks are delicious, though the menu prices are a bit steep.

This is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy some time with friends while playing games. The tea is excellent, but I was disappointed to find that there is no Wi-Fi and the mobile reception is poor.
