This restaurant experience was chaotic. We placed an order that never arrived, so we called to inquire about it. The staff assured me they would look into it, but they never followed up. After calling 15 times to seek assistance, they either ignored my calls or cut me off without explanation. No one bothered to inform me of what was happening.
