You're not assigned a single waiter to your table. They have many waiters that occasionally check your table. When they're busy you do have to get their attention if you need more water, dishes, ready for the check, etc. But once you get their attention they have fast service. Not bad, just something to keep in mind.
Restaurant is clean with spacious seating. Dim sum are pretty good but could be better, the only thing I would recommend is the red rice shrimp roll or whatever it’s called, everything else is just okay. I would go for Sun Kong after eaten at both places.
My review focuses exclusively on the dim sum served during brunch and lunch hours. I've dined here for dinner in the past, but I believe the standout feature of this restaurant is its incredibly delicious dim sum. I arrived around noon and faced nearly an hour wait, but it was definitely worth it. I've tried dim sum from various places, and so far, this restaurant offers the best I've encountered. Everything was absolutely fantastic! The shrimp buns, egg tarts, beef cheung fun, shumai, and lomaigai were all incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I extend my highest compliments to the chef and can't wait to return!
If you leave a negative review, you clearly haven't experienced amazing dim sum! The wait is absolutely worth it! I'm thrilled to have discovered Mings! I can't wait to visit again! It's a beautiful and very clean place—definitely the best restaurant in the area!
We experienced a wait time of about 30 minutes before being seated, and once we sat down, it took another 5 to 10 minutes for a server to attend to us. However, after placing our order, the food arrived at our table promptly, and it was delicious! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff were friendly and patient. I would definitely choose to come back here again.
