The delivery rider called to say that the food would be delivered, but then Foodpanda texted saying that they do not cover the area being served. ☹️

The service at this restaurant was very poor and unprofessional. They sent the wrong item and did not handle the situation professionally, instead choosing to blame others. They blamed the Food Panda rider for not checking the items, even though it was the chef who processed the order. They were unable to provide a concrete solution and expected us to return the wrong item ourselves. They did not include an official receipt, which is unusual for a Foodpanda order. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I will not be dining at this restaurant again.

Go for the ultimate feast for the ultimate experience In terms of the products, I appreciate the: • High quality beef samgyup and sesame beef. I initially tried them without the cheese as a test, and they met my expectations! • Juicy seafood. The scallops and shrimps +60/pax to avail these) were fresh and mouthwatering. I also loved the plates of tempura because these were served hot and crispy! • Flavorful chicken karaage. I prefer the soy garlic and honey mustard over the garlic yangnyeom because these had a good combo of sweet and savory. The garlic yangnyeom was too sour for me. • Corn. I love it when samgyup restos like House of Gogi include corn as part of the banchans because we are able to simulate an unlimited Pepper Lunch meal. • Cheese was not the best, but it was acceptable. • Free ice cream! With regards to the things to work on: • Unavailable items on the menu. It was somehow ironic that both the beef and pork bulgogi were out of stock because we're in House of Gogi. I also wanted to try the sausage, kimbap and dragon rolls, but these were also not available. I hope that the menu will be complete next time since I paid for the full experience. • Fishcake tofu. I sense that this item was heavily processed. It tasted like cardboard. I pray that we will have authentic fishcake next time as competing samgyup restos offer delicious fishcake. • Spicy meats. Both the spicy beef and pork were fatty. Making them spicy even took away the chance for them to be delicious. I suggest that House of Gogi will experiment and develop better spicy meats. • Atmosphere. I think that the restaurant layout needs to look less cramped. Customers like me would appreciate neatness as well! Since I believe that the service is 5/5, I would like to commend the staff for being at their best! They are truly accommodating, efficient and courteous towards us as customers. They make sure that all the dishes we order are complete!
