Vamola - MALALBERGO

We (german-italo couple) have eben to Vamola last week and had an incredible lunch! The dishes were so delicious! Everything is 100% homemade, fresh and local. As the waiter told us, they don‘t buy anything, but produce everything on their own, f.ex. the bread. The cooking team puts a personal and modern touch to traditional and local recipies. The service was extremely friendly and let you feel very welcome. The restaurant is well-kept and in a relaxing ambience. The prices are more than reasonable and every cent is worth the meal you get. We will come back for sure!!!

Ristorante immediatamente fuori dal villaggio di haute, nel mezzo del verde e con ampio spazio esterno. ottimi piatti tradizionali, come la cutlet petroniana, e menù arricchito da proposte stagionali. in foto ricotta tortelloni con tartufo bianco secondo la stagionalità acquistata da tolga.

Bella posizione. personale attento e preparato. ottimo cibo e ampia scelta di vini. noi torneremo presto
