Περί Γύρου - Makrakomi

Because of some bad reviews we didn't want to go here at first. Good thing we did it after all. It's a pick-up takeaway. You can sit inside and at some tables outside on the village square. There is no map. The staff was very nice, but only speaks Greek. Communication was difficult. Fortunately, my wife can make herself understood in rudimentary Greek. My wife had 2 chicken souvlaki with fries, tomatoes, onions and pita and I had gyros with the same sides. Those served arrived after 20 minutes. Both were super tasty. Both types of meat were very fresh, seasoned deliciously and grilled until crispy. The portions were large for the reasonable price and tasted very good. The two large portions with 2 drinks should only cost a total of 18 euros. The fast food restaurant also offers delivery service. Absolute recommendation from us.
