Tim Hortons - Makaoo (Part)

I used to work on Annacis Island in Delta. There is really only one direct way to get there. every day on my way to work I remember construction of a new Tim Hortons directly on the way. For months I was waiting for it to open. When it finally did, I knew its was going to be popular. Timmy’s offers great coffee and doughnuts. The best time is obviously the morning because that’s when all the fresh doughnuts come out. Once in a while I’ll get a dozen doughnuts for the office just because we are freaks who love doughnuts. Basically there’s really two of us out of many who will consume the goods. It’s the best. The morning coffee crowd is insane, which is why there is also a drive-thru service. You can imagine what the line is like in the morning for coffee both inside the restaurant and outside on the drive-thru. The lunch crowd is substantial as well. I’ve noticed a lot of people eating soup served in bowls made out of bread. It’s basically a twofer. Sandwiches are also served but people mainly go to the Wendy’s attached to it for something more. Timmy’s doesn’t stay open after regular work hours because basically everyone is heading home. Annacis Island is an industrial area so it keeps to these working hours. It’s great to have convenience like that because you feel trapped on Annacis Island.
