Buffet House - Mairangi Bay

What I liked: Food is not as heavily salty/sweet, so people who prefer lighter flavours will like the food served here. Dishes were very delicious Tables are very spacious, and atmosphere is great, especially compared to places like One Dak which are quite cramped, loud and busy Staff are very friendly Plenty of parking/buses availableWhat I didn't like: $30 is only $2 more than One Dak in Takapuna, but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth as that place has a bigger range of dishes to choose from They don't have a great ventilation system, especially if you sit far away from the AC. After a while, it gets very smoky and stifling unless you're sitting next to an open window Their BBQ grill was made out of steel (or other metal), so the meat often stuck to the grill quite heavily. This wasn't much of a problem though as after a while the juices from the meat will unstick it.Overall a great Korean BBQ place, but not the best.

Good experience and great opportunity to taste so many different Korean dishes with their opponents buffet and grill. Cheers

Really helpful staff, thankfully as we didn’t know what to do!! What cool kai and a cool place, can’t wait to go back, definitely worth the visit cool cooking your own and kicking back having a mean feed. Thanks and see you again.

Not too much choice of the Korean foods, nor quality. Friendly staff.
