Anything But Coffee - Mainz

We love vegan bagels for breakfast and found this little café near the historic center. The staff is friendly and the place is full of character. The menu is as small as the place, with a few delicious vegan options, which are labelled in the menu. Plant-based milk (almond or oat) is available.

The place is small but very prettily decorated, the coffee drinks seem special and have girl names, which I find interesting as well (didn't try them, though . I came here to try their special Harissa bagel which did not disappoint. (The owner/staff lady was so busy that day she forgot to prepare the Harissa veggies, but made them for me in 5 min and they couldn't have been more fresh and delicious. Also picked up a vegan bowl with black rice, avocado, hummus, beetroot, spinach and tomatoes which was also very delicious and super fresh. Prices are a bit more elaborated, I think, as the bowl was quite medium-sized. Still would love to come back to try the vegan cake and lasagne.
