Green Olive at Red Hill - Main Ridge

We went to Green Olive for a family members 70th Birthday Lunch. We did a tour around the property including the Olive Groves, Vines and Farm animals which was very pleasant and informative. After a nice walk we had a lovely lunch which included Tapas plates, wine, Sweets and Tea/Coffee. It was all delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices are not cheap so it would be a place to go for a special occasion not an every day for my budget. There is a small shop area where you can buy Olives and all sorts of other goodies. We would definitely recommend Green Olive and will go back.

Great place, first time here with my wife for a quick lunch. Place was pretty busy but we got spots on a larger shared table - no issues. Once ordered, drinks and food arrived quickly. And the food was D E L I S H !! The chicken liver pate was superb and the stand-out dish. Pretty gardens surrounding the café made for a very pleasant hour or so!

Came here for lunch with a bunch of friends and we were all really hungry.As the staff suggested, we ordered two tapas per person to share at the table. The food was tasty but the portion sizes were just not enough to fill you up for lunch. The goat cheese dish came with breadsticks which was awkward to eat with cheese.We purchsed a bottle of Rose, my partner said it tasted like bleach. After the money we spent at this place, we all left feeling hungry.

We went early (9am) for a coffee on a cold and rainy morning so it was very quiet. The setting was spectacular and the cafe and little shop inside are lovely. We just ordered coffees, tea and some toast so we could sample the cafe made jam and honey and it was beautiful. The service was very friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back for lunch. We took time after our coffee to have a wander outside and it was just beautiful.

Busy little place,the tables insides where all full. We got a seat outside surrounded by the nice garden setting.We ordered a different variety of food from their tapas menu. The food came out within 20minutes which is very good for a busy restaurant. Food was fantastic and the service was also good.Special mention for the Pinot that we ordered beautiful Glass of red wine.Very nice place to visit and have lunch will return.
