Improvised evening with a friend we took the following pizzas, with mortadella and truffle and another with porcini mushrooms and burrata. Divided to taste them both. Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. Initially we waited about 20 minutes, for someone to accompany us to the table. Once seated they noticed the other annoyed customers and some who complained that it took too long to order and/or too long to be served. We took a dish among the appetizers (good quality) which was served to us quite quickly, then we waited about 40 minutes for the pizza (pizza which has nothing to do with real Neapolitan pizza). Chaos in the restaurant, dirty tables, people waiting to enter, the Raiders waiting to collect their orders, us like others waiting to eat.... There were two waiters on crosses who didn't know where to divide themselves and a lady who divided her time between the cash register, setting the tables and serving. I would like to focus on the experiences of some users who have already commented and assigned very few stars: I was disappointed by so much intransigence and I do not agree with either the alleged lowering of the quality of the products or the arrogance of the staff that several have mentioned. First of all, it is good to remember that we are talking about a complicated, tiring and exhausting job, so we must always respect the waiters and waitresses who, with so much patience and dedication, put themselves at our service and go back and forth for shifts which, in some places, can even reach up to 10/12 hours of work. In my case, despite having taken my seat after other people who were ahead of me in line, I was still served first. I didn't see any signs of impatience on the part of the staff and I don't see why we need to underline the geographical origin of those who served us: it's the least of the problems, but even if there were language barriers someone even complained about a waiter who only spoke in dialect), well, there is a pad for taking orders so, with a bit of intuition, the customer makes the waiter write down what he/she indicates with his/her finger, and it's peace for everyone... .! Having said that, in addition to the extremely friendly and fast delivery staff, I really liked the pizza, which arrived well cooked and not at all burnt another criticism I read, but perhaps it is more plausible than the others): I didn't feel any swelling after having it. eaten, in fact it was light like the basil leaf that accompanied the dough. I removed a star from the food only because I believe that some prices are not feasible, starting with the natural water of only 50cl which costs as much as a common canned drink €2.50); speaking of drinks, except for the bottled Sprite, all the others that are on tap have a minimum price of around €4.80, which seems a bit over the top to me. I also removed a star from the ambience, but only because I had the feeling that some tables were a little too close together than others. Overall, however, it was a positive experience that I would like to repeat a second time.
