As a true Pugliese, I recommend it. Here you can taste the Bombetta It is a meat roll made with slices of pork neck, salt, pepper, parsley and caciocavallo (Apulian cheese). I ordered: Platter of local cured meats and cheeses; (The horse salami is very good) Gnummerred (Meat roll with lamb offal) With a side dish of turnip tops. Eggplant parmigiana; Two glasses of Negramano red wine; For dessert, obviously, pasticciotto (cream and black cherry) P.S. A small piece of cuisine at the Apulian stove. Bombette, livers, zampina, taralli, orecchiette and turnip tops are always excellent and processed with care and respect. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
