For me and my friends it has become a fixed stop whenever we go to Milan. The cold cuts platters are fabulous and plentiful, you don't find those flavors in just any butchery, this year the location has expanded and with it roasts of pork belly, sausage and beef chop have been added. I tried almost the entire menu: wild boar mortadella, wild boar ham, truffle mortadella, truffle salami, Gubbio capocollo, porchetta (cured meat), loin, pancetta (cured meat), excellent cheeses, especially pecorino. The crescia (typical Umbrian pan-focaccia) is soft and tasty, even the crescia with bitter orange jam is a delicacy, never tasted elsewhere. The friendliness of the owner, his expertise on food and also on wines, the very accessible prices, the abundant and varied platters, make La CresciaMia, a must for those who want to taste a bit of Umbria in Milan. Not the usual pork butchery. Highly recommended.
