Today I ordered the ceviche with squid crackling from the menu, they gave me pota, some cold, some warm, and 4 hot pieces that even the color was light from how fried it was, when I told the waiter he told me I'm going to tell the kitchen, I had already waited 40 minutes for my plate of food and I was dying of hunger, so I continued eating, of course they are going to charge you like squid and so they did; The girl who was working as a waitress, who I just saw, asked her for my plate after 30 minutes and she looked at me with an annoyed face.
