Blackout Burgers - Mailand

Bad management? Well it was my favorite place for burgers in Milan, I always ordered with delivery but I don't understand what's happening lately. On delivery apps they are either no longer available to accept orders or they only list vegan sandwiches with American chips as available. It's impossible to talk to him on the phone because he's disconnected. I'd like to know if they're closing or what. I noticed this decay from Easter onwards. I hope someone from the property can answer me.

I ordered the menu with the cheeseburger online, it's really excellent, you can feel that the products are of high quality and finally a place with fresh lettuce and not that half limp stuff.... Highly recommended Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It no longer exists, they obviously didn't update the map as it is now a kebab place. To be honest, it's not surprising, the food was good before they closed, but the management/owners clearly lacked the basic intelligence to run a business, closing two in as many years with a decent product. Unfortunate, but probably for the best. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everything perfect, I really can't find any flaws. Excellent burgers and chips, free refills of drinks, friendly staff, delicious desserts. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Unfortunately, giving 0 stars out of 5 was not possible, in fact I would have liked to give -1 stars. The odyssey begins with an order placed at 2.20pm, arrival times 3/3.20pm and so far nothing strange, then the waiting game begins, we go from 3pm as the minimum time to 3.30pm (for no reason) then from 3.30pm to 3.50pm then from 3.50pm to 4.10pm all for no reason, I contact assistance and they tell me that the rider was at the restaurant, he was at the restaurant for about 40 minutes doing what. Just when I thought I had seen them all I call the restaurant that ohibó is closed and therefore does not answer. In all this it is 4.10pm and nothing has arrived! Resigned I cancel the order after wasting 2 hours of my precious time. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS POOR RESTAURANT!!!!! They are rude, they are not competent and they hide behind a technical mix-up NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! Also because the last times I ordered I found the food cold and old, it looked like it was from the day before... and what 's more there were hairs inside!!! How disgusting! A good hygiene check would be in order.. FAIL IN EVERYTHING
