Excellent experience. Nowadays it is rare to find adequate service even in a fine dining restaurant. All courses were delivered well spaced and with adequate timing. The quality of the ingredients and the innovation of some proposals on the menu were much appreciated while maintaining respect for the original dishes. Complete wine list and very nice atmosphere. For Sunday lunch we chose the menu proposed for the Chinese New Year and first of all I must say that I found it very well designed with an interesting crescendo of flavours. I found the dishes offered to be all valid with ingredients of undoubted quality and accuracy in execution, but my favourites, in addition to the selection of Dim Sum, were the salt and pepper lobster, amazing in its simplicity and the juicy and crunchy pork belly the best I've ever eaten. The experience is completed by the elegant and relaxing location and the staff who honor the proverbial Asian hospitality. A beautiful experience that I already want to repeat.
