Spice Lounge - Maidstone

First time I have been to restaurant and was very impressed. Staff were very professional and attentive without being over the top. Food was hot and tasty with decent size portions. Disabled person within the group had no issues regarding access. Would thoroughly recommend!

Although the food was good, the service was extremely slow. We experienced a long wait this evening and noticed that other tables were facing the same issue. I ordered a drink when I began my meal, but it wasn't served until I was almost halfway through. My partner had to go to the bar to find out why it was taking so long, only to discover that my drink had been left on the counter and forgotten. He ended up having to bring it himself. We won't be returning.

I had a pleasant dining experience with some unique dishes that you don't usually find on most menus. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our food and drinks were served in a timely manner. The only downside was that we felt there could have been a bit more background music to enhance the atmosphere. Overall, we will definitely return to try more dishes!
