Mughal Dynasty - Maidstone

The service is horrible. Our takeout order took over an hour and fifteen minutes to be ready. The bar staff were rude and seemed annoyed when we inquired about our food. The place was filled with 20-30 other people at the entrance, all of whom had been waiting for over an hour, some for walk-ins and some with pre-booked tables. When I finally got home, my order was incorrect. I called the restaurant to speak to someone and was told they were too busy. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I hadn't visited Mughal Dynasty in about three years, but I stopped by on Tuesday around 9:00, since I had my car and there was plenty of parking. We were greeted with the usual friendly welcome and were delighted to find the food was decent. I ordered the Laziz (a bit too spicy for me) and my partner ordered the Darziling (a lovely blend of flavors with a hint of ginger). What followed was one of the best Indian meals I've had in a long time. Both dishes were fresh, delicious, and abundant, as were the accompanying sides. The presentation was excellent and the service was just as friendly and welcoming as ever. We were the last customers in the restaurant, but there was no rush to get us out and we even received a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch. The last few times I visited, the place was packed, so I highly recommend going during the week for a high-quality Indian meal. I'll definitely be back soon.

I visited Maidstone and decided to try out this restaurant based on a recommendation, but unfortunately, I was left feeling disappointed. My group of four ordered takeaway, and while the service was fast and friendly when picking up our order, I found the food to be lacking in flavor.

Not too far from my house, it is a simple victor! the best food and service I ever had. I would like to recommend (and do) and I will return soon.

Service is terrible. Ordering takeaway, over an hour and a quarter from ordering to it being ready. No apology made, bar staff are rude and surly and act like it's an inconvenience us asking where our food is. Place is filled with other people standing at the entrance all who have been waiting over an hour, some for takeaway some for pre-booked tables. When I then got home the order was wrong. Phoned the restaurant and asked to speak to someone and was told they were to busy.Will not use again.
