Starbucks - Mahwah

Staff are nice and helpful. Unfortunately, i have purchased many coffee- free drinks creme on the label, and they are made with coffee. When i pick up from the drive through, i don 't have the time to go back and wait for the drink to be made again. The volume for this store is high.

Tess is the best. She was in incredibly kind by suggesting an improvement on my favorite drink and letting my girls (on a long road trip) know about a yummy new cake pop! Thanks Tess!

Solid 4 stars. The staff is nice and the service is quick.

Semi convenient only because it's the only drive thru Starbucks in the area, but you still have to get on Rt 17 and then loop to get back off. The line for the drive thru is always pretty long, but it does move pretty quickly. My issue with this Starbucks is that it is not very consistent sometimes the drinks are made perfectly, sometimes they are way off. I only come to this one when I don't feel like getting out of the car.Parking: Parking lot is for all the businesses in the complex and is not large. People are often waiting for someone else to pull out so they can pull in, which causes a backup when trying to enter from Rt 17. Also, if the drive thru line is long, it blocks the cars parked in the spaces and it becomes annoying to maneuver getting in or out.

They are so slow. Drink is always wrong and they always ring my order up incorrectly.
