Dunkin' - Mahwah

I placed an online order and received items I didn't request. The packaging was poor, too. When I called to request a refund, they told me I'd have to come into the store to get it. I ordered online for a reason, so I'm very disappointed!

I have been visiting this restaurant for years, but I have recently been very disappointed due to a short staff member who has been unkind and unfriendly, which has made my visits uncomfortable. I spoke with the manager, who is lovely, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I asked her to be kinder last time, but she just laughed. It was really rude.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a tranquil atmosphere at Dunkin'. I truly enjoyed sipping my latte while soaking in the coffee shop vibes of the place.

Many mornings started here and they started well. It was an easy to find what I like in this place and it took me like 6 cups of coffee and different donuts until I found what I like. Different people like different things so try and narrow is the key.

Burnt my hummus toast and then covered it up so I wouldn?t see..
