Tim Hortons - Mahone Bay

This morning I visited the Time Hortons location in Mahone Bay. I went through Drive Thru. 2nd day in a row I 'm unable to get an iced Capp, no surprise as this location frequently has something broken or is out of an item. I placed my order and proceeded to the window. I said Good Morning . No reply from the staff just shoved the debit machine out the window. He passes me my croissant, I say thank you no reply from the staff. He passes me my breakfast sandwich I say thank you no reply from the staff. He passes me my latte, again I say thank you again no reply. So I said it louder and he finally says your welcome. I told him he was rude and drove off. This isn 't just a one time incident . This particular staff member is always rude. I 'll never spend another cent at that store. I go every single day spending minimum $10/day but I 'm finished paying top dollar for garbage service and inconsistent product.

This is the most disgusting, unclean places that I have been in YEARS!! The whole place is dirty to the pint that I didn 't even want to touch the door. The men 's room floor is so built up with urine and God knows what else, I almost walked out of my shoes! Our family of eight went for a drive to see the lights and stopped for hot chocolate and doughnuts, decided to leave instead of order here.

I've had one good experience food wise, other than that it's so so. The coffee is okay for people who don't like coffee and load it with extras. I can't say I've ever had service that wasn't friendly, but the wait time, or times they've been out of something and didn't inform me until a bit later is disappointing. I'd much rather grab a coffee at the Irving next door. Some people swear by Tim's, it's just okay in my opinion. Service is very friendly at this location.

This has become one of the worst Tim 's around. From what was a really good Tim 's now it is terrible, they hardly ever got orders correct, the staff are not the friendliest, no seems to be able to use the computers and don 't ever ask for something to be changed, I mean how difficult is it to understand no egg on the wrap please ?

Had chile, donut, fries, peach drink, good quick supper. Chile needs thicking up. Seem a little watery.
