To my mind, Parmezan is the one of the best places in Mogilev. By the first, there is an amazing cuisine in the restaurant. Moreover, there is a great service. In addition, it's located in the heart of the city.

Good day. I ordered takeout: a Caesar salad with chicken and a tiramisu dessert. The dessert was a 6/10. I expected more from the salad. The slicing was off, with only two tomatoes, and overall it wasn’t great—only the chicken was somewhat decent. Also, there were no utensils included.
