Sankalp - Mahesana

A good stopover for lunch on the highway from Ahmedabad to Palanpur.  I've always tried Dosa, Uttapam which have not disappointed.  Though the place now needs a makeover as the furniture and AC is old. But as i mentioned its a good option for the highway travelers so worth a try if you are on this road.

Sankalp at Mehsana is good place, you know the quality you gonna get and I ordered Rava Dosa and it was good n crispy with decent quality of chutney and sambhar ... quite filling ...
