Le Palace - Mahdia

I’m here at the restaurant with the menu on the table. After a long wait, the waiter came, didn’t make eye contact with us, took the menu away, and left. So, we left without eating and went to another restaurant. There was zero customer friendliness. We are here for two weeks and won’t be coming back to this place. We’ve never experienced anything like this.

The food is decent. The atmosphere is welcoming and modern.

Despite the pleasant atmosphere and the nice setting of the terrace, the service leaves much to be desired. The shisha lacked attention, and the servers were not smiling, always keeping their eyes on the ground. To top it all off, the bill came without presentation, just like a supermarket receipt... It's a shame for such a lovely café-restaurant.
