Asked for a Jack ball; employee says yes they have it but it 's not for sale. To top it off the Spanish manager man cannot even call out your name, geez is the English that hard?? Also I ordered a Jumbo Jack and was given a Jumbo Jack Jr Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This jack in the box drink machine in the morning has the best Dr pepper I've dranked in my whole existence and the food was pretty good. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lady in drive thru on September 1st at 1:28 very rude... Had to adk for napkins, taco sauce for tacos and she act like it would come out her check gave me 2 hot sauces for 6 tacos. Maybe retrain her or give her some type of incentive so she can be happy about working. The young man who works the drive thru is very pleasant, polite, fast and funny. the sourdough jacket was also quite good.
