Bbq Godfather - Magnolia

I had sliced turkey brisket with a side of mac and cheese and sweet potato casserole (not pictured) from Burnt Ends today. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The steak is fantastic. But then try the burnt ends, and you'll experience a level of flavor you never thought possible. Everything I sampled from the menu was amazing. I can't wait for Steakabend!

As meat prices rise, if you're looking to treat yourself, this is the place to go. The brisket is incredibly tender, the burnt ends are flavorful, and the ribs practically fall off the bone. The fresh, crispy coleslaw perfectly complements the meal. It felt like heaven in a bag. This was our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last. As self-proclaimed brisket snobs, we've finally found a brisket worthy of our standards. Mmmmm... so delicious!

Really good BBQ... but slightly expensive. A 1 2 liter brisket will run you 15.00. This accuses Aaron Franklin in Austin, but also remarkable BBQ connections (Killen's truth is less than 12,00 a lb. Fortunately, the brisket is really good... very humid and nice bark. I liked the pork ribs. I'm not a big fan of a wet rib... I prefer dry pepper rubbing, but these ribs were excellent and will probably be the reason why I keep coming. Sausage was good and... they only sold Jalapeno sausage while we were there, but I think that's most people in Texas order. The Burnends were sold out, which is normal for the time of the day we went. If you are not sold out burned ends earlier a day, then you probably do something wrong. The college was on average... I do not often run into spectacular Koleslaw, unless it is a vinegar-based recipe (no Mayo, but all my friends fold their faces when I try to explain this to them. Last but certainly not least, the sweet potato casrole is incredible. I love BBQ but I also like a good selection of pages and the sweet potato casrole was a certain winner. Another thing to consider was the excellent customer person in the window ... very pleasant and a bright smile face ... beautiful work Godfather's. I'd wear your t-shirt.

BBQ was good. In my opinion it's about the same as all the other BBQ spot with it's pros and cons. The burnt ends were great, just wish it didnt cost so much on the market. This place is great for a little get together away from the home and enjoy a beer at the same time.
