The quality of service is getting worse and worse. Even with less than 50% of the restaurant filled, we waited over 40 minutes for our order, and there was a gap of more than 20 minutes between the dishes! I wonder how the owner calculates the kitchen's efficiency? It’s not just 40 minutes anymore; it’s now 50! This is ridiculous! It's been an hour! We arrived at 5:25 PM, and now it's 6:25 PM, and they still haven't baked the pie – it's taking 55 minutes! It looks like we still have a long wait ahead. An hour and five minutes later, and it's now 6:30 PM. Food: 3.

Nice work, good staff, good service, good food!

The pizza we chose was good, very similar to the Italian. But the Calzone was a mixture of Russian and Italian cuisine. The staff was nice. I'd come back.

Everything is awesome, except they tend to be slow and miss forget orders.

The menu and quality have deteriorated; everything used to be very tasty, but now it's just okay to eat. I don’t feel like coming back.
