Sushimaki - Magdiwang Highway

5 stars Tried it here. Wasn't really noticeable at first since it's on the second floor but I was craving for Japanese that night. I was skeptic at first when I saw the stall. I'm a huge Japanese fan and I always have my bars set high. They have a simple menu, about 10 items if I recall correctly. I found this very helpful for me since it made it easier for me to choose (Japanese food can sometimes get confusing hehe). Anyway, I was surprised by how cheap the prices were. This immediately struck a wrong chord in me. Quality and taste might be satisfactory at most. Amidst this red flag, I still gave it a shot and ordered their half dozen California Maki (P129) and Sushimaki Ramen (P139) I was lucky to get plus 2 Cali rolls for free, I think they had a promo going. For the final verdict: Presentation 4/5 I appreciate how they still put effort in making the food look good even though their orders were piling up quickly. Taste 4/5 I mentioned I had my bars set high. Even though food from pricier Japanese restos, I was surprised how good theirs was and for such a cheap price! Price 5/5 Affordable. Super affordable. Nuff said. Ambiance 3.5/5 More chairs and tables in front of the stall would be better. Plus, I think a little added lighting won't hurt. Overall Value 5/5 Sulit and masarap. I'm surprised by how sulit they are. If you're looking to get a Japanese fix, this is the place to go. Would go back and try their Kani Salad and Futomaki next, heard they also taste good! Highly recommend it!

I went here. Nagtry lng ako sa Japanese Food. Nung natikman ko na lalo na yung best seller nila na SUSHIMAKI RAMEN. Grabe worth it ang pagpili ko ng makakainanan although nagtry den ako sa ibang stations. Pero the best sa SUSHI MAKI. GOOD FOOD GOOD AMBIANCE AND ESPECIALLY GOOD SERVICE. TWO THUMBS UP KEEP IT UP GUYS. : :

I went here!!! Medyo masarap naman yung food, na off lng kame ng mga friends ko kase yung mga staff ng sushimaki, nag SMOKE infront of customer so naisip namen baka hindi malinis yung food nila? Just saying! And they dont even dress well. Ang alam ko kasi bawal na mag smoke sa mga ganitong place pero mismong mga tenant and staff nag smoke? Kase we went to different food parks they dont really allowed to smoke.
