Elbelandhaus - Magdeburg

Great location next to the river Elbe. Staff was very friendly. My asparagus and potatoes were great, the fish has been slightly too long in the pan.

For 18,50eur you get a place at the brunch buffet. our seat was ok, but there are many bad places. the buffet has only a very small selection. there was little sweet, there were only cornflakes than cerialias. only packed jams, honey and nutella. a plate, a plate cheese plate 3 salad, which describes the buffet to the breakfast. and nürnberger würstchen. later, warm food came to it. That was okay, I was too late. because it was not refilled and I almost only got rest. also it wasn't hot. as meat there were hackbread - not enlightening. - a pity! once and never again!What was good: there were baked rolls what I would have liked: fresh jam selection on cerialia selection on yogurtbacon!cooked eggs!!!Fish, salmon!!!Refill!! ! Something special that would have justified the price or made the thing too special.

Unfortunately bad! (brunchbuffet on Sunday)- table for 10 people insufficiently covered!- table linen although not ordered extra ... 2 euro per person for cheap paper strips and serviettes! personal partly friendly, partly sippy. greeted us with chewing gum in mouth and the word so- buffet ansich ok, the exhibition area small or accessibility too tight so crowded. per gast on the allocation a disc smoked salmon and half a hot part: the calf was salt-sharf, the zander was dry and salt-poor, the rice was rather a pappy breipampe.- the herrentoilette dirty, sprinkle tissue on the floor, urin stone-crazed, the soap dispenser also after 3 times the note. wc - paper resembles sandpaper the cheapest sort! sticky and stinking air da window closed.FAZIT: despite the best location with a lot of potential was today disappointed on the whole line of the gast. the visit to the brunch is not recommended!

We had in the 1st floor above the restaurant an extra large space available for approx. 30 people with beautiful outdoor terrace for the sole use of our company. the lookout over magdeburg and the elbe were grandios, as well as the brunchbuffet for sole use! In addition, we had our own waitress, wife summerfeld, which left us every wish of the eyes ablas and nothing missing. also the following coffee table was a full success! Between brunch and coffee wrinks we were able to walk in the adjacent park or on the elberadweg. all in all, it was a very beautiful birthday party that contributed to success through the ambiente and the great hospitality of the elbelandhaus. a special thanks to a woman summer field for her touching participation and help after the crash of my wife.

We were short closed tonight to eat in the elbelandhaus. with nice weather we could use the terrace.The service asked quickly for drinks and brought the card. we chose Gazpacho,Tagliatelle mit spargel und zanderfilet ,benso mit spargel. the gazpacho has been very tasty, perhaps a little more would be ok and the consuming on the balsamicogarnitur. first came accidentally incorrectly noted, carving instead of zanderfilet.The noodles were also in order. the zanderfilet was unfortunately more than dead, too dry to enjoy it. on demand the service meant it would be more likely to fish than at the kitchen-na clear. the hollandaise had a small skin while serving and was very close to a ready-made sauce.It had the impression as if it had been removed from the first brought food the carving and the remaining part in the microshaft was reheated before the fish. the spargel was clear and good.The whole thing for 15,50€ is, however, whether the quality is rather bad. you should check the concept or kitchen again and better train the service.
