Contribuiți la feedbackMae Sai 's best Korean restaurant does everything on its menu well, with large portions and a reasonable price (however raised in early 2022). They tell me in Chinese that they learned to cook Korean food in Taiwan and have been in business for eight years. The hot and cold bibimbap are great to alternate on cool and hot days, along with the ramen soup, for a total of three options for vegetarians if one asks for meat to be left out. This is a borderline case for being worthy of listing on Happy Cow b/c I 'm not sure if their homemade kimchee (another big edge they have over Soju farther south) contains anything fishy. Don 't try to eat before noon, but do enjoy the company of their cute cats.
Great homemade Korean food in this tiny and clean restaurant. Prices are comparable to the thai restaurant, but the quality of the food is largely better. It's a little bit hidden, behind the main road, just beside the Pavillion hotel. You have not to skip this place. I'm italian, it means that I'm not easy to give 5 stars to a restaurant, because I'm fussy about food.
Decent Korean restaurant. This is probably the only choice of Korean restaurant around Maesai area. Not much selection of food to choose, they do have the basic Jajangmyoen, Bibimbap and Ramyoen. Bingsu also available from time to time.
Very good food!
