Had a very good khao kar moo (slices of stewed pork leg on rice with spicy sour sauce) for 40 baht. If you want it without the skin ask for my ouw nang
There are several restaurants in this market to have dinner in the evenings. I went to right most one and ordered the grilled fish with some curries. They didn't have Thai rum, but the owner was more than willing to go out and buy me an ice cold bottle with soda water to go with it. Very reasonably priced and an authentic, interesting experience.
It’s very expensive.
