Morgana offers a modern take on Galician cuisine. We went here for dinner and we highly enjoyed their brioche de cocido gallego (I wanted to have a second serving! . I was also amazed to have found that they have a side-dish which is essentially Asian green beans, on their menu it’s called tirabeques, al wok con mantequilla de soja. We paired that with steak. We also didn’t miss out on their famous chocolate cake. It was a delightful experience overall. The only downside was the AC wasn’t fully functioning when we went and it was during the heat wave. Ultra yummy thoughtful high end food at an accessible price. Certainly punches above its weight. Beef checks were excellent
I must say this is one of my favorite places in Madrid! The food is another level of delicious. The guys in service are super friendly and will help you with recommendations (if needed).
Morgana's food was playful, wonderfully executed and presented. The bite sized selfish dishes were amazing, and the tortilla and entrecote was also delightful. The highlight, however, had to be the pulpo quite possibly the best I've had in the city. The puree of sweet potato was a bit too sour and off the mark, but other than that it is a perfect dish. An amazing, burnt basque cheese cake rounded off our evening. Service was professional and prompt; correspondence via Insta was responded. Morgana may need to just fix their kitchen ventilation (the dining hall was a bit smokey), but still a great place to have authentic Galecian cuisine.
