Hattori Hanzo - Madrid

Tenía ganas de ir desde hacía un año y por fin pude probarlo. La carta, aunque no es súper extensa, es muy acertada y cualquier plato tiene un toque de distinción que lo diferencia de otros restaurantes asiáticos en los que he estado. El ramen estaba increíble.

El sitio deja mucho que desear. Hay mucho humo. Abusan de la salsa Okonomi y todo sabe igual. El servicio es flojo. Y algunos platos son tan escasos que se les podría clasificar como tomadura de pelo. Un sitio al que no volveremos jamás...

Comida auténtica, maravillosamente bien e plantada y presentada, y un ambiente tranquilo. Recomiendo al que le guste la comida japonesa que no deje de visitar éste restaurante ubicado en pleno centro junto a la Gran Vía madrileña.

Personal valuation: is not the best bakery/cafeteria in the world, but it is good and the atmosphere is pleasant, it would come back.
