Wendy's - Madisonville

Clean,staff very nice,got my friend a coke from the back when the self serve machine was out..the orange creamsickle frosty was vanilla soft serve not orangey at all.Ranch chic wraps were good.

Hit or miss depending on the crew. The good quality is better than other fast foods but they're not as organized as the others when it comes to mobile orders. I've had a few really good meals from this location, and a few that had me wondering how some of these people get themselves to work in one piece. Glazing the entire outside of my burger in ketchup, leaving my pickup order sitting on the deep fryer for 10 minutes while I waited in the dining area..

Sweetest group of people working there. Always a treat to see young people working.

Over the years this has been my go to for a good fast food burger going back to the 1980’s. I think Dave Thomas would be very disappointed if he saw what Wendy’s has become lately. I’m about one more bad experience away from scratching them off my list of restaurants. Food quality is very poor, the burger patties taste like they were made hours before the fries are usually hard and cold and the staff act like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. I don’t see this company making it much longer. People have way too many choices to put up with substandard food and service.
