Pilot Travel Center - Madisonville

Umm... somebody needs a hair net! We stopped here for snacks and a clean bathroom. After we got back out to the car and started opening the snacks we kept finding long blonde hair in the bag on what we'd just bought! One hair, okay it happens, more than 3ling hairs? Gross! (I have short pink hair and my boyfriend is bald)

Quick place to stop and get gas and a snack/drink, located a bit further off the highway but an east road to navigate. Prices were expected, pumps fairly modern.

First they charged my credit card but said it was declined. So I paid twice. Now they are out of biscuits because a manager said no more

The floors are filthy and the bathroom was dirty and smelt terrible, the only good thing here is the truck parking at least they enforce paid parking

I always buy something but today I came in and they took one microwave out and unplugged the other one. The next truck stop is an hour away. Its hard to eat healthy on the road because these places only provide junk food and they do not want driversheating up their own food even if they're buying things. I was wondering why the worker gave me a weird look when i walked inwith the little food container then I saw they removed the microwave. You feel like a criminal trying to eat healthy on theroad. Worst part of the job for me.
