East Buffet - Madisonville

Rip, one of the top dining spots in town, had an out-of-this-world coconut shrimp dish.

We miss this restaurant so much! We need you back. It's so sad to see what 2020 has done to you. The food and service are always the best.

The service was poor, the food was cold, and the staff were yelling. When we mentioned the presence of pests, they only seemed concerned with us paying our bill. Terrible experience! We will not be returning to eat there again.

Food choices are minimal most looked dried up and old. It was probably about 85 degrees in there. The cashier said Ac worked off and on... On a 104 degree day in Texas that's not acceptable. Soda is from a can and diluted with water... I wouldn't even give it one star but none isn't an option. Regret stopping here on my way home.

My family and I are all very happy with this restaurant. Everything is delicious on the buffet. The quality of freshness is really delicious too. Recently when they switched to take-out only, I was very pleased with their portion sizes and quality! The food is super fresh, and they give you SO MUCH OF IT! One takeout container was enough for 3 people to eat twice. Highly recommend this place for their buffet and takeout options.
