Burger King - Madisonville

Employees in kitchen need to have gloves on not handling food while scratching there head and using phones. Wasn't a very good experience this visit.

Condiments are condiments if I asked for a specific amount of catch up a specific amount of barbecue sauce or a specific amount of ranch dressing or any other condiment I asked for I should be allowed that at a place where have it your way is the main sales pitch when I order 25 $30 worth of food I expect the condiments I asked for but to have a manager especially a regional manager tell me I cannot have a specific amount of comments I am more than just speechless a policy like that will make sure I will not return again without a formal apology from a certain supervisor I will find it very hard pressed to walk in that store again

I'd forgotten why I don't eat burger king. The $1 any size coffee pulled me back. The service is great and the place is clean. But this food is absolutely disgusting! I feel my arteries clogging as I look at the food. And it tastes as bad as it looks.

This is why it takes soooo long... ppl waiting 25 mins or more, just to get really bad food/service. Where is the manager while these employees are just playing on their phones???
