Subway - Madison

Experience in theory that was all. this is a real god!

The customer service here is definitely inconsistent. I feel no obligation to be nice to them, which is unfortunate. The staff member I interacted with was very friendly to the customers before and after me, and I knew her as well. She was never rude, so her attitude towards me seemed unjustified and unnecessary. The sandwich I ordered was good, but it was poorly prepared.

This Subway is exceptionally clean inside, and all the food appeared fresh. The serving area was very tidy, and the sandwiches were incredibly delicious. I would definitely choose this Subway over the one at Walmart any day.

I just ordered pickup and I'm really disappointed with my experience. The employees are so stingy with the vegetables on the subs, it feels like they're worried about losing money. I only got two slices of onion on my entire footlong and just one tiny piece of green pepper. This is unacceptable. Every time I go in to get a sub made, I find myself having to ask for "more" because they barely put anything on. Seriously, Subway, you need to step up your game. I spent $28 on two subs, and both of them were terrible! I'm really upset about this!

Very great local place that i went to after a very fun day at a theme park. Their food is always fresh and delicious, also they are almost always on time with your food.
