Starbucks - Madison

This Starbucks truly knows how to operate effectively! The employees are always friendly and often remember my name and usual order, even though I don't visit this location frequently. It can get a bit busy with long lines since it's inside Target, but they handle it well and keep things moving quickly.

The two ladies working were very cheerful, and I enjoyed a short conversation while I was waiting for my drink. They even got my name right! Thank you both; I hope you have a wonderful evening. I really appreciated the pleasant experience I had here!

I grabbed a breakfast sandwich that was delicious, featuring tasty bacon, cheese, and egg—it was quite filling too! I also treated my granddaughter to a vanilla bean drink (which I had never tried before, as I'm usually all about mocha) and a cake pop. The service was quick and efficient. I didn't order ahead this time, but I plan to take the time to get familiar with the app I've had for years.

This Starbucks could use some better training. The manager was busy handling everything while a new employee, who didn’t seem to care about the long line forming, was incorrectly making the drinks. They clearly didn’t know how to prepare the new pumpkin cream cold brew. After waiting for 15 minutes and witnessing their second attempt, I decided to just take the drink and leave, but it was wrong once again and tasted terrible.

This Starbucks really knows how to deliver excellent service, starting with their welcoming staff who often remember your name and your regular order! Even though I don't come to this location often, I appreciate the fast service, even during busy times when the lines can be long—especially since it's located inside Target. The team is efficient and knows how to keep everything running smoothly.
